A “silent sufferer” of severe anxiety, MindFit® founder, Nicholas Singh, was prescribed Ativan at age 15. Instead of relying on sedatives, he sought answers. Most of his growth came from various techniques typically found in therapy. So, with the help of scientific and clinical advisors, he adapted therapy exercises into an digital program called “MindFit”.
